Crunched For Time? Get A Six Pack at Home or Work

Exercise At WorkMaking excuses is easy these days and one of the favorites is “I don’t have time to exercise.”  Well, if your life is anything like mine, I’m likely to buy that excuse.  There is hope though.  You can get a great six pack with only a few minutes of exercise a day.  Actually, that’s a few minutes of exercise several times during the day.  If you can’t spare 2 to 3 minutes a few times a day, you may as well stop reading now.  However, if you have a couple minutes to spare every hour or so, this might just be the ab routine for you.  Here’s the basic idea; about 6 – 8 times a day, take a couple of minutes to do some quick ab exercises that will give you a little bit of a burn but won’t soak you in sweat or take up all your time.  Here are some examples of exercises that you can do: squats, push-ups, lunges, walk a staircase, floor planks, lying leg thrusts, ab bicycles, one-legged Romanian dead-lifts.  All of these are done with only your body weight for resistance so you don’t need any equipment.
