I have to agree with everything you said above, most notably that it is NOT FOR BEGINNERS. I was hard core in Phase #1 of the program, doing the workout at 5am or 9pm. I made sure I did it with my abnormal schedule.

With Phase #2, I had to scale the workouts back. I skipped the cardio workouts. I consider myself to be in good shape already, so I wouldn&#039;t necessarily recommend that anyone else skip the cardio workouts.

In a nutshell, my recommendation to other people would be to commit to the program but to fit the program into your life. Six days of work and one day of recovery is overkill in my opinion.</description>
