Top 10 Abdominal Exercises

The American Council on Exercise commissioned a study to determine the most effective ab exercises.  The study covered 13 of what they consider the most common abdominal exercises and compared them to the traditional ab crunch.  I am usually very skeptical about studies, so I won’t comment on how reliable this list is.  In any case, I thought it was worth sharing with you.  I found some videos to demonstrate how to perform each of the exercises in the list.  These are just videos that I found in my search, so I make no endorsement of any of the people, products or companies that may be promoted in the videos.  Also, I make no guarantee that the techniques discussed and demonstrated are accurate.  All I’m trying to do with these videos is to allow you to quickly see how each of these ab exercises is done.  Also, my list only covers the top 10 ab exercises because the bottom three were no better than the traditional ab crunch.
