Quick 2 Minute Ab Workout

Life can be hectic and sometime you only have a few minutes to workout. Make sure you take advantage of those spare minutes here and there. You’re not always going to have two hours to change into your workout clothes, drive to the gym and get in a solid hour of exercise. Don’t let that turn into an excuse for you. Even if you only have two minutes, you can still get in a decent ab workout and get that much closer to getting great six pack abs. Check out this short video for an example of a quick two minute ab workout.

You can do this ab workout just about anywhere. All you need is a few feet of available floor space and two free minutes. I happen to be wearing slacks and a dress shirt right now and I just laid down on the floor of my office and did this workout. It was intense enough that I felt the burn, but it didn’t make me sweat so it’s the perfect ab workout to do pretty much anytime and anywhere. Close the door to your office and knock it out or do it just before getting into bed at night. With a little bit of effort and creativity, anyone can find time to exercise.
