In your case, I don&#039;t know how much of that 330 lbs is muscle and how much is fat, but building lean muscle mass is one of the best (if not the best) ways to burn off excess fat. I think Vince DelMonte&#039;s program is really good and if you are willing to put in the work then it will work for you.</description>
