		<description>Sorry for the delay in getting back to you Amanda. I let my sister borrow my copy of the book and I wanted to get it back before responding to you. I remember this being a little confusing when I read the book. It looks like Jackie is recommending that on any given day you do one of the circuits in one of the routines. Which ever circuit you choose should be completed three times in a row on the same day. For example, if you choose to do Routine A Circuit 1 on Monday, you would do all 8 exercises on pages 174 and 175. After completing the 8 exercises, start over again and do the complete circuit all over again two more times.  After doing the entire circuit three times, you are done for that day. It should take you about 30 minutes to complete.</description>
