This is where you start working out and see your strength and muscle mass continuously improving and then, all of a sudden, it stops. No more growth. No more strength increases. No matter what you try, you can’t seem to improve beyond your current level.
I Can’t Grow Anymore. What’s Wrong With Me?
You might think that something is wrong with you if you’re stuck in a plateau. Don’t worry, it’s completely normal and it happens to everyone. What you should be asking yourself is “can plateaus be avoided?” or “what can I do to bust through a plateau?”
The truth is that everyone’s body has a limit. There is a point at which your body simply cannot hold any more muscle. However, most people never reach that point and that’s not what I mean when I talk about a plateau. I’m talking about road blocks on the path to your true limit.
