I hate the word diet, or rather I hate the way most people use the word. Diet simply means what you eat. When I hear someone say “I’m on a diet,” I immediately know they are destined to fail (at least in the long term). Being “on a diet”, by definition means that you are trying some short term plan to quickly lose weight and then, once you lose the weight, you will stop following the diet and gain back the weight. What you really need to do is make a permanent change to your diet instead of being “on a diet.” That is what I hope you will learn from the articles listed here.
